Iron Neck Safe Lock Door Anchor

Training at home or in the office is easy with the Safe Lock Door Anchor. Follow these simple instructions to set your Iron Neck or Fitness Bundle up and get your workout started:

• Open door
• Slide the door anchor's D-ring between the door and frame
• Close door and make sure the knot is secured
• Firmly pull on the d ring to ensure a secure hold

Note: Do not apply more than 50 lbs. of resistance to any single anchor clip at one time.
